Job description
Vlaams Instituut voor Biotechnologie (VIB) invites a postdoc to advance agentic pipelines that autonomously manage computational tasks across biology disciplines. You will oversee dozens of tasks, launch swarms, and collaborate with experts to translate needs into new tasks and validate data with wet-lab partners.
You will manage a large codebase with harness, memory, tasks and datasets, test hypotheses to improve swarming and present at international venues.
