Job description
Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge seeks a Postdoctoral Researcher in the MENU Lab to study diet–health relationships using advanced multi-omics and bioinformatics. You will design and execute independent and collaborative studies, mentor trainees, and disseminate findings through publications and conferences.
Responsibilities include metabolic assessments, data integration, method optimization, and contributing to grant proposals while maintaining GLP-compliant lab practices
