Job description
The Material Measurement Laboratory at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) seeks a Postdoctoral Researcher to advance physics‑informed machine learning models for ALD process simulations. You will work on in situ metrology tools and multiscale modeling to quantify mass transport during thermal ALD, leveraging Python-based ML frameworks.
