Job description
National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR) in Golden, CO seeks a Postdoctoral Researcher to advance silicon crystal growth using a novel float-zone approach with silane chemical vapor deposition. The role integrates CFD modeling with deposition system design, building, and rigorous material characterization.
The candidate will collaborate with computational fluid dynamics, technoeconomic, and lifecycle teams, present findings biweekly, and contribute to publications while upholding NLR's safety
