Job description
National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Materials Science Center. The position focuses on thin film synthesis of nitride and oxide materials using Plasma-Assisted Molecular Beam Epitaxy, with emphasis on ultra-wide bandgap semiconductors for electronic devices.
The candidate will synthesize and characterize oxide and nitride materials, maintain deposition and characterization equipment, and contribute to data analysis software.
