Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as they arise, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. Join a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, where people come first and teamwork and integrity are at the core of everything we do.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $16.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeMon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
