Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and tenants. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, responding to inquiries and assisting individuals as needed. This position values your ability to use a computer or tablet, as well as your experience in customer service. If you are looking for a dynamic role where you can make a difference and grow your skills, we invite you to join our caring culture.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $14.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeMon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AMTue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AMWed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AMThur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter.
