Job description
KOCH FOODS is seeking a Debone Plant Supervisor to lead daily debone operations in a fast-paced poultry manufacturing environment. This role oversees production teams, schedules, and product flow to meet yield, quality, and safety targets. The supervisor enforces USDA, food safety, and OSHA standards while driving continuous improvement and minimizing downtime and waste. Responsibilities include training and coaching employees, monitoring line performance, resolving operational issues, and partnering with maintenance and quality to ensure consistent output.
