Job description
KOCH FOODS is seeking a Poultry Hatchery Manager to lead day-to-day hatchery operations in our vertically integrated poultry business. In this role you will oversee egg set, incubation, chick quality, and biosecurity while driving safety, yield, and efficiency. You will supervise and develop a frontline team, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with animal welfare, food safety, and regulatory requirements. Working in a culture of integrity and continuous improvement, you’ll collaborate with live production and processing teams and help deliver high-quality poultry products to diverse markets.
