Job description
KOCH FOODS is seeking a Poultry Plant Shift Manager to lead production operations in our integrated poultry processing facility. You will manage shift performance, ensuring safety, food quality, and on-time production while supervising and developing front-line teams. Responsibilities include staffing, training, KPI tracking, yield and downtime improvement, and strict compliance with USDA, HACCP, and company standards. You’ll partner with maintenance, quality, and logistics to resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, and support a culture of teamwork, integrity, and operational excellence.
