KOCH FOODS is hiring a Poultry Plant Shift Manager to lead production operations in our integrated poultry processing facility. In this role, you will oversee a production shift, ensuring safety, food safety, and quality standards are met while achieving output and yield targets. You will supervise and develop team members, coordinate staffing, and minimize downtime by partnering with maintenance.
