KOCH FOODS is seeking a Poultry Plant Shift Manager to lead daily production at our integrated poultry facility. In this role you will direct shift operations, ensuring safety, food safety, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently met. You will supervise and develop production teams, manage schedules, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics. The ideal candidate brings poultry or food manufacturing experience, strong leadership on the floor, and a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
