Job description

Wayne Farms in North Carolina is seeking a Poultry Processing Supervisor to oversee production line personnel, ensure compliance with HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs, USDA and OSHA regulations, and meet productivity and customer specifications.

You will allocate staff, monitor yields and efficiency, coach and train employees, coordinate with Quality Assurance, and maintain a safe, sanitary environment with a focus on safety and zero-accident culture.
