As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-driven, consistent and reliable, and quality-focused individual to join our team.Full Job Description:Prepare, clean, mask, and hang parts for the powder coating processPerform general physical activities that require lifting, swooping, stacking, and organizing parts, packaging, and handling parts.Operate powder coating spray equipment according to SOPsApply coatings with a consistent technique and thicknessMonitor curing ovens, line speed, and workflowPerform in-process and final quality inspections to identify the cause of errors or defects, to sort defective parts, or to count parts.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow safety guidelines and handle equipment responsiblyCommunicate effectively with the team to support smooth production flowPreferred Qualifications:Able to manage tasks without micromanagementStrong sense of ownership over quality and productivityComfortable working in a fast-paced operations environmentValues quality and precision while following processes carefullyWorks well with others and is willing to learn new duties1-2 years of production experience with a metal manufacturerAbility to read and interpret gauges such as calipers, tape measures, micrometers, etcAbility to read and interpret blueprintsRequired Qualifications:Reliable, accountable, and disciplined while staying on taskAbility to follow detailed instructions and standardized processesAbility to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for most of the shiftStrong attention to detail and steady, methodical work styleMust be adaptable and with a positive attitude to help other team membersMust be willing and able to perform any job assignment as production levels shift and job priorities changeBenefits:Performance & Attendance BonusesMedical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance at 60 daysLong and Short-Term disability coverageCritical illness, accident, hospital indemnityHSA and FSA opportunities401(k) with company match after 60 daysPaid Holidays & VacationPersonal TimeWeekly PayWages:$18- $20.00You will have an opportunity to earn an additional $1.50 an hourJoin the team that makes a Meaningful Difference in Lives!
