Come join our team!HIGHLIGHTS:Hourly Rate: $21.50/hrShift: Monday - Thursday; 5am - 3:30pmHOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACTThe Painter II, under supervision, applies powder coatings to frames and parts using Wagner electrostatic spray guns on a moving conveyor line, ensuring consistent quality and production efficiency.THE DETAILSApply high-quality powder coat finishes using a Wagner Electrostatic spray gun, ensuring proper mil thickness, coverage, and gloss. Maintain strong transfer efficiency while keeping pace with a moving conveyor line and executing all pre- and post-surface prep. Read and match color tags accurately while following established powder coat and/or liquid paint application processes. Support a clean, safe work environment and perform additional tasks as needed to keep production flowing.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GED preferred, plus one year of related experience in powder coating or a similar environment. Ability to work while wearing a supplied air hood, communicate clearly, and complete tasks with professionalism and quality. Strong integrity, safety awareness, and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
