As a team we share in the success and growth of our company.Job Description:RESPONSIBILITIESUnder the direction of the Team Lead, this individual will ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company established goals for quality and on-time performance.PRIMARY DUTIESEnsure all parts are properly painted and work instructions are followed preciselyOperate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systemsObserve machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defectsDetermine flow and coating quality by performing visual inspectionsBake parts at appropriate temperatures within time limitationsEnsure spray efficiencies are meeting KPI's based on quoted levelsEnsure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company established goals for quality and on-time performanceEnsure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facilityEnsure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environmentEnsure proper cleaning by removing waster powder and maintenance of equipmentTrain new associates powder coating operations and techniquesPerform other duties as assignedPOSITION REQUIREMENTSManufacturing experience helpfulRequires the ability to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishEffective verbal communication skills with a positive attitudeHighly dependable, exhibits initiative, maximizes use of time, accountable to their teammates and Line Lead in a fast-paced production environmentUse good judgement and independent thinking to produce high quality, efficiently and safelyPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSPerforming physical activities that require considerable use of your arms, hands, fingers, legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, handling of materials, and operating machineryCarrying & lifting 10 - 75 Pounds frequentlyAbility to endure hours exposed to heatAbility to move and transfer products with an overhead craneSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focusMust be able to pass a general respirator medical evaluation1st Shift - 5:00 AM -1:30 PM (With overtime as required)Royal Basket Trucks is an equal opportunity employer.Type: Full-time Pay: $19.50 to $22.00 per HOUR
