Powder Coat ProcessorsWith Staff Management | SMX, you'll get a weekly paycheck, learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team in a clean and safe environment. We're looking for two Powder Coat Processors to join our production team! This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow in a manufacturing environment. If you've worked in labor, construction, or other hands-on roles, you'll feel right at home.Pay Rate: $21/hour (Temp-to-hire)Schedule: 1st Monday-Friday 6:00 am-2:30pm-some overtime expectedLocation: Snoqualmie, WAIf you're reliable, ready to learn, and eager to join a growing manufacturing team, we'd love to meet you!Perks & Benefits: Weekly paychecks, Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options, Medical / Dental Insurance.Duties:Sandblasting parts prior to coatingPerforming quality control and paint inspectionsHanging door and window frames on the overhead lineSupporting general powder-coating operationsWorking in a warm and loud environment (especially in summer-cooling gear like ice vests and popsicles provided!)Position Requirements:Comfortable with physical, hands-on tasksAble to lift, hang, and move materials throughout the shiftWilling to work in a hotter/louder environmentReliable, punctual, and ready to learnGreat attention to detail especially in quality inspectionTeam-player attitudeRequirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.Work Location: Allegion, Snoqualmie, WA 98065. Job Types: General Labor, General Production, General Warehouse, Laboratory.
