Powder Coater - $18/hr Liberty Lake, WAPosition OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry Level Powder Coater to join a metal manufacturing team in Liberty Lake, WA. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing and learn a skilled trade. No prior powder coating experience is required! We will provide training. As a Powder Coater, you will assist in preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts to meet quality and production standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare metal parts for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, and racking)Operate powder coating equipment under supervisionApply powder coating evenly and efficientlyMonitor coating thickness and finish qualityLoad and unload parts from the coating line and curing ovensPerform basic quality checks to ensure products meet specificationsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all safety guidelines and company proceduresAssist with general shop duties as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED Required.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyComfortable standing for extended periodsWillingness to learn and take directionReliable attendance and strong work ethicBenefits of working with ExpressMedical PlanHoliday Pay (6 Days Observed)401k Retirement Savings PlanReferral BonusWeekly PayNo Fees to Job Seekers, ever
