Powder CoaterLocal client seeking powder coater and general labor candidates.Our client has over 35 years of experience in the Industrial Coating Industry. Their team of experts have the knowledge and expertise to provide their customers with customized solutions to meet their unique needs.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Powder Coater Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 15.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Set up and operation of powder coating equipment to ensure even and consistent application of coatings.Hang parts on line and take parts off and pack partsInspect finished products with visual checks and precision measuring instrument checks for quality assurance, ensuring coatings are defect-free.Participate in job rotation in a variety of areas based on production needs. Everyone participates in job rotation as needed.Performance reviews after 30 and 90 days with room for growth.Powder Coater Qualifications:Ability to lift 50 lbs.Ability to work in hot environmentMust have excellent attendancePrevious manufacturing experience a plusApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
