Experienced Powder Coater – 1st & 2nd ShiftLocation: Mansfield, OHPosition OverviewWe are hiring an Experienced Powder Coater for a manufacturing facility in Mansfield, Ohio. Previous powder coating experience is required. 1st and 2nd shift opportunities are available.ResponsibilitiesOperate powder coating equipment safely and efficientlyPrepare parts and surfaces for coatingApply powder coating according to production specificationsInspect finished parts for quality and consistencyFollow safety, quality, and production proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaQualifications & RequirementsPrevious powder coating experience requiredManufacturing or production experience preferredStrong attention to detail and qualityReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production environmentAbility to stand for extended periods and perform physical job dutiesAbility to follow instructions and meet production standardsEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
