Powder Line OperatorJoin our team as a Powder Line Operator and help produce high-quality finished products every day!This hands-on position is responsible for loading and unloading parts, performing quality inspections, monitoring the production process, and helping ensure products meet customer specifications.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Powder Line Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 17.55 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)Load and unload parts on the powder coating lineVisually inspect parts for quality and defectsFollow production schedules and work instructionsMaintain accurate production and quality recordsAssist with line setup and changeoversKeep the work area clean, organized, and safeFollow all safety and quality standardsPowder Line Operator Qualifications:Manufacturing experience preferredAbility to stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detailAbility to lift, move, and handle parts throughout the shiftDependable attendance and strong work ethicMust be fluent in English (spoken and written)Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
