We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to be part of a team that takes pride in producing high-quality dairy products every day.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety and quality assurance practicesVerify quality control items such as product weights, coding, and packaging.Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of equipment and processes.Maintain proper documentation in all formats of recordkeeping.Operate equipment at an efficient level to fulfill production schedules.Preventative maintenance on equipment and processes.Assist in other areas of the plant as needed.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Compensation: Compensation for this position ranges from $18.00/hour to $27.84/hour with a $2.00/hour shift differential. A conviction record or pending charge will not automatically disqualify an applicant and will be evaluated based on job relevance in compliance with applicable laws.Position Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing and demanding environment.Demonstrate an understanding of powder packaging operations, flows, and troubleshooting ability.Must be able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to communicate effectively in order to maintain high levels of Safety, Quality, and Efficiency.Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures and company guidelines in order to maintain regulatory compliance.General computer skills and ability to operate testing equipment.Maintain necessary powered industrial vehicle certifications. EX. Forklift, Scissor Lift, Floor ScrubberEducation/Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
