Job description
Empower AI seeks a skilled Dashboard Developer to design and maintain the Customer Support Metrics Dashboard (CSMD) powering IT support for a Department of War agency. You will integrate data from ServiceNow, endpoint management, surveys, and more to deliver actionable analytics on Power BI with AD/Entra ID authentication and daily refresh.
With a hybrid role based in Quantico, VA, you will create executive dashboards, forecast demand, and contribute to CX roadmaps while ensuring RMF/security
