Job description
Polar Semiconductor is seeking a Process/Device Engineer in Bloomington, MN to contribute to development, transfer, optimization and documentation of flow for Power Trench MOSFETs and BCD devices, targeting reliability and manufacturability.
You will design experiments, run simulations, analyze data, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with Process and Device engineers to meet target parameters while delivering regular updates to management and customers.
