This role involves assisting customers with power equipment product selection, offering expert advice, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power equipment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.Key Responsibilities:Customer Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide tailored recommendations on products and solutions.Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of power equipment products and other related items. Stay updated on industry trends and new products.Sales Execution: Drive sales by effectively presenting and upselling products, addressing customer inquiries, and converting leads into purchases.Service and Support: Provide expert advice and troubleshooting support to customers, helping them make informed decisions and resolve any issues they may encounter. Work with vendors and warranties.
