Job description

Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced Team Leader for Power Infrastructure & Distribution to guide and grow our Southwest regional practice, spanning Texas through California. The role requires a PE license and a deep background in electrical engineering, project management, and business development.

The successful candidate will build client relationships, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver complex power infrastructure projects while driving growth and ensuring technical excellence
