Job description
HDR is seeking a Michigan-based Power Business Development Leader to coordinate and oversee HDR’s Power BD programs, guiding planning, design and consulting pursuits. You will collaborate with local and national leadership to pursue opportunities and foster client engagement across the power sector.
You will identify leads, set sales goals, manage budgets, and supervise BD and marketing staff. A strong market understanding and stakeholder management are essential to success in this role.
