You might be the one we are looking for Form Setter!Duties and ResponsibilitiesForm Setters perform various carpentry tasks involving physical labor on highway, road, and bridge construction projectsResponsible for forming, bracing, and securing structure formsBuild forms for retaining walls, pipes, and bridgesFollow all safety procedures and guidelinesMinimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities RequiredWork environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.High School Diploma or GED.Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information.Must be able to follow directions.Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, sitting, squatting, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 25 pounds.Position spends approximately 5% of time outside inspecting and maintaining the equipment, which may involve standing, squatting, bending, lying, or in various other positions to reach the machine. Position spends approximately 95% of the time sitting and operating the equipment.Vision and hearing must be within or correctable to within normal range.Must be available for work 5am – 6pm Monday through Saturdays.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to machines and chemicals at various times.
