Job description
Summary
nResponsible for overall supervision and operations of the designated physician office(s). Works with management and physicians in a collaborative manner, assuring all policies, procedures and programs are compatible with goals and objectives of line of business.
nEducation
nMust be a graduate of a school of professional nursing.
nLicensure/Certification
nValid Registered Nurse license required. Maintains CPR certification.
nExperience
n3 years experience in a physician office setting or related field; supervisory experience preferred. Electronic medical record experience preferred. Staff scheduling experience preferred.
nOther Qualifications
nMust have solid verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of clinical operations, service excellence, clinical quality and education initiatives. Must be familiar with computers.
