Job description
Lumen is seeking a Lead Information Security Engineer (ISSO) to lead RMF execution and drive PQC strategy for federal and highly regulated environments. You will be the primary security authority for assigned systems, ensuring successful Authorization to Operate (ATO) outcomes while guiding cryptographic modernization.
Collaborating with engineering, operations, and program teams, you will assess cryptographic risk, maintain SSPs and POA&Ms, and align with NIST standards and agency requirements
