Job DescriptionBaptist Health, Northeast Florida’s most preferred health system, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team at Baptist Primary Care Fernandina Beach. Located along Florida’s scenic northeast coast, this practice offers an ideal blend of small-town charm, supportive colleagues, and access to Baptist Health’s extensive regional network. \ N - Competitive guaranteed base compensation of $260,000+ based on experience
\ N - $20,000 signing bonus andyear-two retention bonus

Qualifications
\ N - MD/DO;
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
\ N - Active/unrestricted Florida medical license
\ N - BLS and DEA certificationpreferred
\ N - 3–5 years of experience preferred
