Mercy is seeking a Practice Manager for Primary Care to oversee daily operations across Cuba, MO and Bourbon, MO locations. This full-time, day-shift role focuses on staff supervision, workflow optimization, and sustaining a compassionate, high-quality patient experience within a mission-driven culture.
