Lee Health is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations for our outpatient medical practices. In this role, you will oversee staffing, scheduling, patient access, and front-office workflows to ensure outstanding, efficient, and safe care. You’ll manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, support providers, and drive process improvements aligned with our mission-driven, community-focused culture. The Practice Manager collaborates across teams, mentors staff, and champions patient-centered service, quality, and regulatory compliance while supporting growth and innovation in a large, not-for-profit health system.
