About Let’s Thrive Mental Health
Precision interventional psychiatry practice in Coral Gables, FL — med management, therapy, IV ketamine, Spravato, TMS, and a structured pediatric program (ages 6–17). Clinician-owned (DNP, PMHNP-BC, CRNA). Telehealth-first today, in-office interventional suite opening next. Small, modern, no bureaucracy.

The role: See adults and adolescents via telehealth 1–2 days/week — med management + brief therapy in 30-min follow-ups, 60-min adult / ped intakes. Charm EHR, AI-assisted note drafting, a care coordinator handling everything non-clinical. Paid per completed visit, biweekly. Clinical Director (owner) available for consults; collaborating psychiatrist on contract.
Must have: Active FL APRN + PMHNP-BC · DEA · 1+ yrs outpatient psych · credentialed with major FL commercial payers (or CAQH current) · own malpractice $1M/$3M · clean NPDB · signs notes within 24h.
Strong plus: Child/adolescent experience · ketamine/Spravato/TMS exposure · Spanish · already holds a W-2 job and wants 1–2 remote days.
