Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse Pre-Admission to support safe, efficient surgical and procedural care. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive pre-admission assessments, review medical histories, medications, and lab results, and identify potential risks. You will educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure instructions, coordinate clearances with providers, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. Working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, you will partner with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams while using advanced technology and evidence-based practices to deliver exceptional care.
