Job description
Assembly Team LeaderResponsibilities:Lead the team that assembles parts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedulesOperate and safely handle power tools, packaging tools, including torque wrenches and other hand toolsLead the setup and clean out of assembly cells by operate overhead crane, running electric stackers.Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standardsPerform visual and functional inspections of assembled framesFollow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policiesMaintain a clean and organized work areaReport equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to leadWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goalsLoad and unload assembly cells using electric-pallet moverRequirements:Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials in accordance with OSHA lifting guidelinesFamiliarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand toolsExperience working in a high-pace, mass production or manufacturing environment preferredAbility to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksStrong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and detecting anomalies.Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructionsReliable attendance and punctualityMoves objects weighing up to 50 poundsEducation:High school diploma or equivalent.We offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including, medical, dental, 401k, short-term disability, AD&D, tuition reimbursement, and more.
