Job description

Arch Electric is seeking a Pre-Construction Project Manager – Utility to oversee pre-construction efforts for utility-scale solar sites. You will coordinate with civil teams, field crews, and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

Requires 2–3 years of heavy equipment operation experience, Class A CDL, and ability to read civil drawings. Expect outdoor work, travel to remote sites, and strong collaboration with multiple teams.
