Job Summary
One of Texas’ largest and most prestigious Personal Injury Law Firms seeks a pre‑litigation attorney with 1‑7 years of litigation experience, preferably with some exposure to plaintiff’s personal injury.
Responsibilities
Handle a large caseload to work up for settlement or hand off for trial.
Negotiate with insurance companies.
Handle medical records.
Qualifications
1‑7 years of litigation experience.
Exposure to plaintiff's personal injury preferred.
Strong negotiation and case preparation skills.
