We're looking for a motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team and help resolve claims efficiently and fairly before they reach the courtroom.
What You'll Do
Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement or transfer to litigation
Evaluate liability, damages, and insurance coverage to assess case value
Draft demand letters and build compelling settlement packages
Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to reach favorable resolutions
Review and analyze medical records, bills, and liens, and negotiate lien reductions
Communicate regularly with clients about case status, strategy, and settlement options
Supervise and work closely with case managers and paralegals
Identify cases that need litigation and coordinate a smooth handoff to the litigation team
What We're Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Arizona, in good standing
1–3 years of experience in personal injury, insurance defense, or pre-litigation claims
Strong negotiation and persuasive writing skills
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while staying organized and meeting deadlines
Excellent client communication skills and a genuine commitment to client service
Proficiency with case management Litify, a plus
Bilingual in (English/Spanish), a plus
