Pre-Litigation Case Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join its growing personal injury team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of personal injury pre-litigation case management experience, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and be looking for a long-term opportunity with room for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of 60+ personal injury pre-litigation cases.
Open insurance claims and prepare/send letters of representation.
Obtain and organize evidence, including police reports, traffic reports, photographs, and other supporting documentation.
Request and collect medical records and billing records.
Schedule and monitor clients' medical treatment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain regular communication throughout the life of the case.
Scan, organize, and maintain electronic case files and related documentation.
Supervise and assist the Case Manager Assistant.
Support the Intake Specialist with evaluating new cases and onboarding new clients when needed.
Ensure timely case progression while maintaining accurate records and exceptional client service.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of personal injury pre-litigation case management experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation $40.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Work Schedule
Full-time position.
Minimum 40 hours per week.
In-office position located in Torrance, CA.
