ABOUT OUR FIRM
Claggett, Sykes & Garza is one of the nation's premier injury trial firms. Founded by trial attorneys
with record-setting nine-figure verdicts, Andrew Garza and Sean Claggett joined forces to help
injury victims across the country.
Our attorneys speak nationally to plaintiff's trial lawyers, teaching cutting-edge techniques that
help secure full justice for victims. As a trial law firm that fights back, we prepare every case for
trial, and our results speak for themselves.
We Believe:
That kindness matters; litigation is hard enough.
That the best jobs are those with accountability and clear expectations; direct and honest communication; and a healthy supply of comfortable merch.
That law firms can and must do more to change their reputation as toxic workplaces.
In trying difficult cases, for worthy clients, with an exceptional team.
In using technology and building systems to make every team member better, every day.
That an elite injury law firm is only as good as its worst trial lawyer.
That a law firm should be measured by its commitment to community as well as its case results.
In supporting our clients and our team, both professionally and personally.
In the importance of family and community and your time with them.
That a workplace without laughter is no place to work.
