Job description
SCA Health in Farmington, CT is seeking an LVN to coordinate preoperative documentation and testing for ambulatory surgery patients. You will correlate clinical data with nursing care, help set priorities, and communicate effectively with patients and the care team to ensure smooth admissions on the day of surgery.
Requirements include a High School diploma and LVN license, with 1+ year of LVN experience in a clinical setting and BLS certification.
