Job description
Torrance Memorial Medical Center is seeking a Unit Lead Nurse responsible for coordinating clinical and administrative functions within the nursing unit. This position ensures effective delivery of patient care by adhering to established protocols and fostering teamwork.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and necessary certifications like ACLS and BCLS. A commitment to providing excellent patient care in alignment with the Quality-Caring Model is essential.
This role offers a compensation range of $66.64 - $102.48 per hour.
