Job description
Cloud Software Group is seeking a Solutions Engineer for ShareFile in the United States. The role focuses on pre-sales technical support, aligning ShareFile products with customer business needs, and helping the sales team close opportunities through demonstrations and proof of concepts.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years in a high-tech engineering role, and the ability to travel about 10% of the time to customer sites or ShareFile offices.
