Job description
Precision AssemblerAs a Precision Assembler you will perform assembly work in a station or line to produce medical devices in an FDA regulated and controlled environment.Shift: 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM. Monday - Thursday.What You Will Do As a Precision Assembler1. Perform assembly-type functions, using various hand tools and bench top pneumatic presses consistently at or above production targets.2. Handle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processes.3. Inform Team Lead of any problems pertaining to production, parts, equipment or processes.4. Operate equipment needed to perform job.5. Adhere to Shop Practices including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment and following standard work.6. Submit Safety Observations through Safety Program and new Ideas through Ideas Program.7. Update the Hour by Hour Board and complete Pareto charts.8. Meet quality assurance requirements, complete DHRs, and perform Process Monitoring.9.
