Job description
Master high-speed rotary die-cutting and custom lamination in Bloomington, MN! Twin City Staffing is hiring a precision equipment operator for an AS9100-D-certified tech facility offering 100% employer-paid health options, a 4.5-day workweek, and access to an on-site gym. Location: Bloomington, MN
Wage: $18.00 - $20.00/hr. (Specialized die-cut machine experience pays higher)
Finishers: $18.00/hr.
Machine Operators: Up to $20.00+/hr.
Hours: 1st Shift: 6:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday & 6:00 am - 10:00 am, Friday (Reliable 4.5-day schedule)

Duties of the precision equipment operator: Operate high-speed presses, rotary die cutters, guillotine cutters, and lamination equipment
Perform secondary assembly, gluing, taping, and detabbing on industrial plastics, rubber, and graphite
Inspect finished custom components for medical, aerospace, and defense applications
Complete production logs, perform basic equipment maintenance, and log quality data
Requirements of the precision equipment operator: ITAR Verification required (Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and use basic math/measuring tools
Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for full production shifts
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Desire for long-term career growth in a custom job-shop setting
