Precision Packaging TechnicianKrayden Inc. is a leading, technical distributor that partners with the industry's premier suppliers to deliver engineered solutions, customized support, and best in class responsiveness to our customers.Position Summary: The Precision Packaging Technician is responsible for carefully handling and packaging delicate epoxy preforms used in electronic and industrial applications. This position requires excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow specific packaging instructions and count accurately. The work is repetitive and requires patience and care to avoid damaging the parts.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Use tweezers to carefully remove epoxy preforms from sheets without damaging the parts.Remove release liners/sheets from epoxy preforms when required.Package a specified quantity of parts into hinged containers or other designated packaging.Count and verify the correct quantity of parts per container.Perform basic visual inspection of parts during packaging to identify obvious defects, damage, missing features, contamination, or incorrect orientation.Handle all parts with care, as epoxy preforms are delicate and can easily bend, tear, or become damaged.Follow written work instructions and packaging requirements.Maintain an organized and clean work area.Notify supervisor of any quality concerns, discrepancies, or damaged material.Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and ability to handle small, delicate components with careAbility to accurately count and verify small quantities of partsPatience and focus to perform repetitive tasks with consistent qualityBasic visual inspection skills to identify defects, damage, or inconsistenciesAbility to follow written work instructions and packaging proceduresReliable communication skills to report quality concerns or discrepancies to a supervisorPrior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or handling small components is a plus but not required***This job description is intended to be a general description of the duties and responsibilities of this position.
