Job description
100Hires, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Tooling and Fixturing Fabrication Specialist to design, plan, build, and modify production tooling, gages, and machine fixtures across the plant.
You will review specifications, move between design and shop floor, and collaborate with setup techs and operators to gather feedback for improvements. You’ll monitor tooling performance, perform necessary repairs or enhancements, and keep documentation up to date.
