Job description
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking an experienced attorney to join the Office of General Counsel as Assistant General Counsel, Preclinical Research Contracting. You will independently draft, review, negotiate, and manage preclinical and translational research agreements and licensing transactions, supporting scientific leaders and internal stakeholders.
You will maintain contract systems, assist with guidance documents and SOPs, and contribute to strategic MSK legal initiatives
