Job description
Vantage Data Centers is seeking a meticulous Preconstruction Manager to support future deployments across North America. You will create CapEx proformas, lead conceptual estimates, and work with NSD, CON, DM, DE, Procurement, and Site Selection to optimize cost and schedule.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction budgeting/estimating, knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and civil scopes, and hands-on experience with ProCore and Power BI. Travel up to 25% is expected.
